Sponsorship Instructions & Details (please read!)
  • The registration fee for one person is included with Gold Level sponsorship; two people with Platinum Level sponsorship. You will be required to indicate which events you are attending by name (i.e. the receptions and the daily sessions).

  • Silver and additional exhibitors cost $150/day. Register your name(s) within the Exhibitor Registration section on the Vendor Sponsorship Registration Form. You will be required to indicate which events you are attending by name (i.e. the receptions and the daily sessions).

  • You will indicate your booth accessory needs on the PH&T Vendor Sponsorship Form. High-speed internet connection for 3 days (Sun, Mon & Tues) and 1 power strip is $245.00 per exhibitor. Electricity alone is $15 per day; please note that a one time table fee of $100 will also be charged if only electricity is selected. Though booth accessories are payable to the Westin as well as arranged directly with the Westin, you must indicate your accessory needs on the PH&T Vendor form. Click here for the Westin electrical services request form (Excel or PDF version) which is to be sent to Westin (Westin contact information is indicated on the form).

  • Storage/Box handling fees are also payable to the Westin and should be properly labeled. Please refer to the following chart:

  • Part of sponsorship is your company's name listed in the Spring 2005 Meeting Program. Send your company logo (black & white, small, .gif or .jpg or .bmp) and a short description (200 words or less) of your products/services to Barbara Boyajian by February 18, 2005. Platinum sponsors ALSO get a one page color ad in the Spring 2005 Meeting Program. Send an 8" X 11" .gif/.jpf/.pdf to Christine Leyva by February 18, 2005.

  • No pop-up booths allowed; table-top displays only. Tables are about 6 feet wide.

  • Exhibit set-up is Sunday April 3 from 11 AM - 4 p.m. Set-up must be complete by 4 PM for the Sunday Evening Gala Reception.

  • All vendor sponsorships forms must be submitted by Tuesday, March 1, 2005.  The early bird submission ends Monday, January 31, 2005.

  • There are two special events to select on the Vendor Sponsorship Form:

    Sunday April 3: Sunday Night Gala Reception and Exhibit Kick-Off
    Monday April 4: "A Night at the Aladdin" Dinner & Show    EVENT SOLD OUT!
    Please note cancellation policy.

  • The Westin is providing SLA with a special hotel room rate for all Spring Meeting attendees and vendors - $139/night. This rate is available Thursday, March 31 through Saturday, April 9. Call the Westin at (866) 837-4215 and mention "Special Libraries Association". The deadline until which the special rate will be honored is March 18, 2005.

  • After you submit your Vendor Sponsorship Form, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice for your pledged amount. Please review for accuracy and retain a copy for your records. THIS IS ALSO YOUR INVOICE. Hence, print another copy to submit to the Treasurer (Larry Walton) at Pharmaceutical and Chemical Library, St. Louis Plant Site 90-2, Mallinckrodt Specialty Pharmaceuticals, 3600 N. 2nd Street, St. Louis, MO, 63147-3457 with a check made out to "SLA Pharmaceutical and Health Technology Division" as directed on the invoice from the email confirmation.
