Sponsorship Instructions

• Sponsorship is based on P&HT Division Conference Events at SLA 2005 in Toronto, Ontario.

• Please use the list of Division events available for sponsorship, with costs. If interested, contact Barbara Boyajian at 908-704-4109 to reserve an event. Please provide: Name, Company, Address, Telephone, E-mail, as well as the preferred Event Name and Amount.

• Please submit sponsorship by February 28, 2005 to guarantee listing in SLA Annual Meeting Program.

• Sponsorship levels are available for the whole amount or for a specified portion.

• Sponsorships must come from vendors who are exhibitors at SLA 2005 Annual Meeting.
