The Pharmaceutical and Health Technology Division (P&HT) of the Special Libraries Association provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas among individuals interested in the collection, storage, retrieval, analysis, and dissemination of information in all aspects of the pharmaceutical, biomedical, biotechnical, cosmetic, medical device, and other health care fields. P&HT is involved in all aspects of information science, as related to education, research, business and marketing in the health care field.

New Award: PHTD Asian Chapter SLA Award 2012 - Members are invited to apply. The award will be presented to a library and information professional working in Asia who demonstrates outstanding professional knowledge and abilities and interest in pursuing a career in corporate librarianship in either the Pharmaceutical or Health Technology Industries.
