We’ll take the Washington State ferry to Bain-bridge Island. The ferry terminal is at Pier 52 on Alaskan Way along the Seattle waterfront, a 20-minute downhill walk from the Seattle core (http://www.visitseattle.org/images/maps/pdf/MapDowntown.pdf). Try to be there by 5:10 in order to buy your roundtrip passenger ticket ($6.70). The ferry leaves PROMPTLY at 5:30.
Madoka serves Pacific Rim-influenced cuisine using Northwest-sourced foods. We’ve arranged to have a 3-course (salad, main entrée, dessert) prix fixe meal. Possible entrée choices: Seafood, perhaps locally caught tuna Angus beef steak or a Chicken dish Vegetarian choice from the menu The cost is $38 and includes tax and tip. Beverages are extra. It may be helpful to bring some cash to cover your beverage bill. We'll plan to return on the 8:55PM ferry to Seattle.
