The International Relation Roundtable will be looking at Open Access issues as they specifically affect developing countries. This year we will focus on Africa. Our speakers include Desmond Reaney from IOP, our award winner, Awasom Cornelius Ngang who is from Africa, and a third speaker who is originally from Africa, but is now a science librarian working here in the United States. We hope everyone can join in the discussion!
