PAM Archives

The annual conference is fast approaching, and I'm sure that committees, officers, and roundtable moderators are all very hard at work. I wanted to send you a friendly reminder that documenting your work in the division's archives is an essential step. What information is relevant for inclusion in the archives? In general, it is summary/final information that would be helpful for others to know. Has your committee written a report or prepared a document? The final report would go to the archives, but not the earlier drafts or working documents. If you have information that would be helpful for future session organizers, (e.g. where you bought those cute stickers and how much they cost), it should go into the archives.

The general guidelines for SLA division archives are available at: http://www.sla.org/content/SLA/governance/ Policies/43-79.cfm. But don't hesitate to contact me if you have a question about what is appropriate to send.
