The deadline for nominations is January 6, 2003.

The Chair-Elect serves:

• As Chair-Elect: June 2003 - June 2004
• As Chair: June 2004 - June 2005
• As Past Chair: June 2005-June 2006

The Chair-Elect is expected to attend both the mid-winter and the annual conferences as Chair-Elect and as Chair.

The Secretary serves for two years: June 2003 - June 2005. The Secretary is expected to attend the annual conference.

Terms of office for both positions begin at the close of the PAM Annual Business Meeting on Tuesday, June 10, 2003.
