Bulletin Issue Sponsorship Information
The PAM Bulletin is distributed to over 200 individuals engaged in the management of scientific information in research institutions, in corporate libraries, or as publishers. Contact Karen Andrews, the Fundraising Chair, regarding the cost to sponsor a Bulletin.
The version of record for the Bulletin issue is a PDF file. We also post a Web version of the issue. It will contain a large logo from your organization on the Bulletin's main page, and a smaller logo on the table of contents page.
The Bulletin Editor will send you an e-mail with links to the issue containing your notice and to the Bulletin home page.
We will include the following wording above your notice and logo:

Deadlines for submission
Please e-mail your notice and logo to the Assistant Editor.
- February issue - January 15
- May issue - April 15
- August issue - July 15
- November issue - October 15
Technical Specifications for the Notice
Location:
Normally the bottom half of the second page. You may request placement on the last page, or any other page inside the issue. You may also request the left half, the right half, or the top half of a page.
Size:
Normally: 3 inches high by 7 inches wide.
For column placement: 8.5 inches high by 3 inches wide.
Format:
Electronic JPG, GIF, or TIFF file.
Technical Specifications for the Logo
Please note that if no logo is sent to us, we will copy one from your organization's Web site.
Location:
Large logo on the home page of the Bulletin Web site; small logo on the table of contents for the issue sponsored.
Size:
Only one logo of "postage stamp" size necessary. We will re-size it to fit the two locations.
Format:
Electronic JPG, GIF, or TIFF file.
