Minutes of the session.
- Umran Kandemir spoke about what is happening in Turkey for the professional development of librarians, starting with a brief history of Turkish librarianship in the past century and where we are today. Read Umran's paper or view her presentation slides.

In this presentation Winston reviewed three training sessions he undertook with staff of Casa de las Americas, a leading cultural institution in Cuba.
