DTIC’s appproach to copyright management was reviewed and approved by our legal counsel and the U.S. Copyright Office. DTIC will process copyrighted documents into Electronic Document Managment System and will research and pay royalites when documents are requested. Royalties will be paid through the Copyright Clearance Center, a nonprofit collective and the U.S. international rights organization. When payment cannot be made through the CCC, DTIC will seek permission and license agreements directly with publishers and authors.
