Special Libraries Association, Legal Division established this list to disseminate information on its activities as well as on topics of professional interest to our members. We open this list to those interested in (1) the Legal Division of SLA and (2) professional issues in law librarianship.

The SLA Legal Division discussion list has been moved from University of Houston to SLA. We thank Richard Guajardo for being the list owner for many years. All subscribers of the former list (SLA-LAW) have been added to the new list (SLA-DLEG) so there is no need to resubscribe. Please use the sla-dleg@sla.lyris.net address to correspond with the Legal Division from now on and add it to your contacts.

The SLA Legal Division Board has also put together some guidelines and instructions for participation on the new list, which are below.
