The Once and Future ERIC
The Education Information Resource Center (ERIC), now unrolling in its new incarnation, has attracted much attention from social science practitioners world wide. The systematic changes to the information indexing, abstracting and delivery methodologies are presented by leaders versed in the interface and impressions of the New ERIC and remembrances of ERIC Past.

Testing, Testing 1,2,3: A View of Digitization Impact on Testing Libraries, Products and Services
Digital resources have been used in testing libraries in diverse ways. This session presents both process and products from two major test libraries: ACT and Educational Testing Service (ETS). This session will also include the Information Competencies Initiative Assessment, a collaborative project between ETS and the California State University's Office of Information Competence Initiatives.
