Convergence 2000 ConferenceBy Kate Bird, Bulletin Editor The Convergence 2000 Conference took place on September 29 and 30 at the Palliser Hotel in downtown Calgary. The purpose of the conference was to bring our geographically dispersed chapter together in a central location, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of our chapter and to share our expertise, knowledge and experience with one another. Please check the Convergence 2000 site for descriptions of the Future Planning meeting and the Town Hall meeting with Linda Brossard, the wonderful Friday night keynote address (ppt 1.4MB) by Stephen Abram and the various informative and interesting sessions presented on Saturday at the conference.
For each session, the Powerpoint presentations, meeting minutes and other documents related to the conference activities are included. There's a wealth of information and inspiration to be found in the materials on the conference site. We've tried to make it the next best thing to being there in person!
