During this inspiring 3-hour workshop you will learn:
- The psychological basis of stress; how the brain

“turn down the heat”
- That stress itself is not always the problem; it can
be your reaction to challenging situations and the intensity of your
mental physical and emotional responses that causes problems
- The 15 everyday factors that affect your mental
fitness. Stress is definitely one of them, but what are the others?
These simple lifestyle choices will make an enormous difference to how
well you perform mentally, in calm as well as stressful times
- The Mind/Body/Spirit connection with stress
- The scale of the problem: what chronic stress costs
you in mental performance, physical health, and emotional wellbeing
- Three steps to a positive, coping outlook in each
phase of stress; How to “Handle Stress like a P.R.O.”
- To identify your individual stress coping response;
what works for you, and what is less helpful.
- To work with the “Ebb and Flow” of life, a natural
way for you to achieve “life/work balance”
- Proven, powerful stress busters that are quick and
easy to use anywhere, anytime
- Work habits that can help you manage stress
- How to keep work stress from spilling over into your
personal life, and vice versa
- How to apply these stress reducing techniques in
every aspect of your life
- How knowing your purpose helps you organize your
priorities and live a more productive, fulfilling, and less stressful
life
- How to identify energy drains and energy boosters so
you can manage your energy better on a daily basis
- How being mindful in what you do reduces
stress and
increases contentment.
You will also receive a personal workbook that you can customise to be
a lasting tool to take the strain out of stress every day of your
life.
