PRESENTATION: Making Sense of Census 2006

A snappy introduction to the 2006 Census, including:
  • The questions never asked before!
  • When to expect new releases
  • What to do with all that data
  • Where to find those handy Reference and Geography products
  • How to navigate the website like a pro

SPEAKER: Marion Smith

Marion Smith is the Education Consultant for Statistics Canada in BC and the Yukon, providing support to educators and education librarians who need Statistics Canada information. Statistics Canada's learning resources are almost entirely web-based including publications, teachers' kits, lesson plans and the online Census at School program.
