Debbie Schachter
B.A. University of British Columbia; M.L.S. University of British
Columbia; Certificate of Technical Writing, Simon Fraser University;
M.B.A. Simon Fraser University.
Currently Debbie is the Associate Executive Director of the Jewish
Family Service Agency where she is responsible for financial systems,
human resources activities, databases, and general organization-wide
policy development. She was previously Head of Strategic Planning and
Development at the B.C. Courthouse Library Society where she was
involved in organization-wide projects, marketing and communications,
reference service, website management, and branch supervision.
