Annual General Meeting
The 2006 Annual
General Meeting of the Western Canada Chapter of SLA will take
place on November 23, 2006 at 4 p.m.
Pacific / 5 p.m. Mountain / 6 p.m. Central.
Please join us as we elect our officers for the 2007
term and report on activities for the year. The annual meeting will be
1 hour and will be teleconferenced / webconferenced for members outside
of Vancouver.
RSVP to SLA WCC Secretary Andrea Freeman at
andreamfreeman@gmail.com and identify whether you will be attending
in-person or by teleconference. Full instructions for accessing
the
meeting by tele/webconference will be emailed to you on Tuesday, Nov.

Vancouver members are invited to Steamworks Brewing Company, 375 Water
St., for an informal social event following the meeting, at 5:30pm.
Appetizers will be served. Depending on interest, we will have social
events in other WCC locations, TBD.
The SLA WCC Nominating Committee announced a slate of
officers for the 2007 term on November 2, 2006. We will accept
additional nominations up to and at the annual meeting. If you would
like to run for a position or
nominate another member, please email either member of the nominating
committee:

Following is the slate of officers. They will be elected by acclamation
at the annual meeting if we do not receive further nominations.
