Now is the time to step forward and get involved! We have several vacancies coming up on the SLA Board executive:
- President- Elect
- Treasurer

- BC- Vancouver Island Director
- Calgary Director
- Manitoba Director
- Vancouver Director
Apart from President-Elect which is a three year commitment, each term is of two years duration starting January 2010. You can find additional information about these board positions on Leadership page. If you are interested on serving on the board or would like to find out more information on an any of the positions, please contact any of the members of the nominations committee.

Board Meetings
- The next Board Meeting will be the AGM on Wednesday, November 25th at 9:00 a.m. PST (10:00 a.m. MST, 11:00 AM CST) at the Department of Justice, Suite 900 – 840 Howe Street. Board meetings are open to SLA members; if you would like to attend please contact your local director or Debbie Schachter, SLA WCC President.
