Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so via the cancellation form no later than November 10, 2009.

If you wish to change your payment method, please contact the registrar directly.

Refunds

To receive a refund, the cancellation form must be submitted and received prior to November 10, 2009. The amount of the refund will be the registration fee that was paid, less 10% to cover the Chapter’s administrative costs. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given after that date.
