In his presentation, Dennis Gaulin will share with us, many of his thoughts for accessing, utilizing and analyzing external information to make critical business decisions about business relationships with key customers and prospects.
Dennis Gaulin is the Site Director for Black and Decker Canada at their primary Canadian location in Brockville, Ontario. Dennis has been with Black and Decker for 14 years - the last 3 years serving as Site Director with responsibilities for Canadian Distribution, Canadian Credit, Customs, Product Service , Transportation, Security, and Facility issues. Prior to joining Black and Decker, Dennis had credit responsibilities with Bank of America and United Technologies.
Dennis's educational background includes the C.I.M. designation - Canadian Institute of Management [1987]; the F.C.I. designation - Canadian Institute of Credit and Financial Management [1989]; and, Executive Development programs at Queens University [1998 & 2000], Harvard Business School [1999], University of Western Ontario [1997 ]; and Northwestern University - J.L. Kellogg Executive Development Program [1996].
Dennis is a highly regarded speaker and writer - he has taught in over 50 cities in the U.S. and Canada on How to Use The Internet for Research to audiences including SCIP, Dun and Bradstreet, National Association of Credit Managers, as well as hands on training at the Faculty of Information Studies at the University of Toronto. Dennis regularly conducts in-house seminars throughout North America for Black and Decker divisions [e.g. Engineering, Consumer Power Tools, Dewalt, Black and Decker's Training Centre, Kwikset, Price Pfister] on How to Best Conduct Research on The Internet.
Dennis is the author of Gaulin's "Ready Net Go", an Internet guide for Credit and Financial Executives.
