Social media and business enterprises: What the tweet?
We have heard so much about "social media" and "social networking" - you can't open a newspaper without seeing a story about Facebook or Twitter. But what are they? And how does an enterprise take advantage of them: to connect with potential clients, to identify emerging business issues, to solve clients' problems more quickly. What are the risks? And how would you get started?
Join us for lively presentations from two speakers who have been wrestling with how to put the "social" into business. There will be an opportunity to share with each other in person (through roundtable discussions) and via Twitter (using hashtag #slatorkm).
