The chapter has established the fund in order to assist our existing and prospective members. This fund will enable the individual to maintain or establish his or her membership in SLA. It also
will enable the individual to become active in the chapter. It is an one-time,
non-renewable support award. This is an exciting initiative for our chapter
and should help to promote and grow our membership. The criteria and form

Student Sponsorship Fund
New in 2008! - All library students are welcome to attend our SLA Toronto Chapter events for FREE (registration required). To help cover this expense, we encourage members to donate to our Student Sponsorship Fund. At our 2007 Annual General Meeting, Daniel Lee, 2008 President, announced a $500 combined commitment from past-Presidents of the Chapter, a great start that we hope you will continue...
