Wednesday, June 25, 2008: SLA-SF dinner meeting featuring Don Bain, director of the UC Berkeley Geography Department Computing Facility, accomplished photographer, and Virtual Guidebooks blogger. Bain will speak on the history of representing landscapes. His overarching project is to create a digital archive of landscapes. The program will be held at the Jazz School in Berkeley. More details to follow.
