The meeting was called to order at 5:45 PM. 

The email vote to approve the February 1, 2001 Board Meeting Minutes was confirmed. The email vote to have the Chapter provide David Hurley, SLA-PNC student member and National SLA scholarship winner, a $300 grant to attend the annual conference in San Antonio passed unanimously and was confirmed.

It was proposed that, in order to attend the SLA Annual Conference, the Chapter provide $500 travel stipends to the President-Elect, Chris Mulready, and the incoming Treasurer, Anna Little. The motion passed unanimously.

Nola thanked the people who had turned in their annual reports. She will send electronic copies to Jean Pasche. 

Chris reported that over 85 people attended the Regional Meeting, and that the meeting was a success. 

Fran Fisher, the evening's speaker, thanked Chris and Nola for organizing the Annual Meeting. 

It was reported that several committee chair positions are still open. 

The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 PM.
