The meeting was called to order at 7:25 PM.

Chris Mulready thanked Microsoft for sponsoring the meeting, as well as the vendors and the caterer. He also thanked the Nominating Committee for their work. Linda Shippert of the Nominating Committee announced the candidates as follows:

Vice-President/President Elect: Christina Byrne
Secretary: Lauri Ellis
Treasurer: Ann-Liisa Little
Director: Carolyn Ruby
Past President: Chris Mulready

All candidates were approved by Chapter members in attendance.

Donna Cook was awarded a $300 student travel stipend for the SLA Annual Conference in Los Angeles.

Nancy Gershenfeld was awarded a Professional Achievement Award from the Chapter.

Chris Mulready thanked the past year's Committee Members and Executive Board for their service, and provided closing remarks.

The meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
