Dear Georgia Chapter/SLA Board Members,

It's time for our next Board Meeting: 
	Wednesday, February 16
	1:00 to 3:30 (approx.) 

We will meet on the campus of Clark Atlanta University. Please bring a
"brown bag" lunch and CAU will provide beverages. The plan is to meet with
the library science students from 1:00 until 2:00 to eat lunch together in
the Student Lounge. The students will also want to speak with us during that
time about job seeking and resume tips. Some of them may bring their resume
for us to critique. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to provide direct
help/mentoring to the students about entering the Information job market.

	Then at 2:00 we will move to another location on campus for our
formal Board Meeting. Members of the Student Chapter/SLA will be invited to
attend and "observe" our proceedings.

	I hope that all of you will be able to attend, but if you can't,
please send me a written report (email is OK) for your committee or area of
responsibility prior to the meeting so it can be included in our minutes.
