New opportunity for a highly experienced document and records management professional with excellent organization and communication skills!  The Associate will be responsible for the day to day activities associated with document management services in the firm’s offices in Vancouver and Calgary   and on the US West Coast: Seattle , San Diego and San Jose .

THE POSITION:   Provide onsite worksite support for the Vancouver office.  Liaise with users, Document Management teams and IT support teams to ensure timely resolutions of any issues.  Provide Worksite database administration and Access and Security administration.  Deliver Worksite Training sessions for new and existing staff in Worksite (basic / advanced / refresher).   Deliver Introduction to Document Management sessions for new and existing staff and ongoing training on other relevant topics.   Ensure Key documents are acquired and processed for all discontinued and closed deals.  Undertake the hard copy filing of working and key document files in Vancouver .    Apply Records Retention and Disposal scheduling on all business records for all offices.  Occasional travel to these offices to train and to provide advice to executives in all document management activities.

REQUIREMENTS:  Strong experience in document and records management systems.  Highly motivated; able to work alone and as part of a global team.  Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.  Experience developing and delivering training preferred.
