WHEN: Tuesday, May 18, 2004 - Registration opens 8:30 am, program begins at 9:00 am (See note below for security information) WHERE: Library of Congress, Madison Building, Mumford Room, 6th Fl., 101 Independence Avenue, SE (Metro Blue & Orange Lines - Capitol South Station). NOTE - The Library of Congress does not open to visitors until 8:30am. You will need to go through security to enter the building.
