Dinner and Book Signing with Author Steve Vogel

DC/SLA members and guests are invited to join the Military Librarians Group of DC/SLA for a book signing with author Steve Vogel over dinner at the Tivoli Restaurant. Vogel, a reporter for the Washington Post, will autograph and discuss his 2007 book, The Pentagon: A History, which recounts the building of the Pentagon during World War II as well as its restoration after the attack on 9⁄11.

WHEN:	Thursday, February 21, 2008      6:00 p.m.: Book signing and no-host bar. Purchase a copy of Vogel's latest book that evening, or bring a copy from your library or home along with you.      6:45 p.m.: Dinner
WHERE:	Tivoli Restaurant 1700 Moore Street, Arlington, VA METRO to Rosslyn (orange and blue lines) Validated parking is also available in a garage under the building. Please enter from Moore Street.
DINNER:	The meal will include salad, choice of entrée, dessert, and coffee or tea. Please select one of the following entrée choices when you register:    Sliced Pepper-Crusted Enterecote NY Sirloin Flamed with Brandy: $39 members⁄$47 non-members      Seared Tilapia with Stewed Tomatoes, Basil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil: $39 members⁄$47 non-members      Fetuccine with Grilled Vegetables and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (vegetarian): $27 members⁄$35 non-members Registration $20 for SLA student members and SLA Retired members regardless of entrée.

Registration is required so that the restaurant can have an accurate count of the entrées requested. Payment via PayPal is preferred.
