Career Disruption Assistance Program
Given the distressed economic condition and its impact on layoffs and library closings, the DC Chapter Board saw a need for action and charged the Employee Committee with setting up a Career Disruption Assistance Program for DC Chapter members.

Initially we created the Career Disruption Mentoring portal of which the list below is the first resource. We have now added the Career Competencies and Employment Portal.

If you have experienced career disruption, regardless of the cause, the following SLA Members have kindly offered to make themselves available for mentoring.
