- Sponsorship: Currently have $3,700 promised to offset event bill of $5,050
- Invitations to be ordered week of March 20th and mailed by April 5th
- Decided that members attend free of charge as do honored guests
- Guests and nonmembers may attend but will be charged
- Number of people who attended the last anniversary celebration: 40
- Programs will be sent to everyone on the KeyNotes mailing list who does not attend the event
- Sandy Bloust volunteered to check on DEP canvas bags for 20th Anniversary Celebration
- Would like a way to distinguish Past Presidents from others attending
the celebration
- Decided to use ribbons to hang from name tags as seen at SLA conference
- CPC-SLA will pay for parking for celebration attendees
- Will have door prizes
- May Business meeting needed
- Proposal: May 31, City Island (meeting in Pavilion with catered lunch)
