The ever-changing information industry and the continuous evolution of user behavior demand that information professionals constantly challenge the boundaries, real or perceived, of their products and services. This presentation highlights some key opportunities for information professionals as innovators, looks at how this is instantiated within the work of Knowledge and Library Services at Harvard Business School, and posits new challenges for information professionals to become leaders in the design of information solutions focused on the exchange of ideas, expertise and information.
