Using SurveyMonkey as a case study, the course will cover the nuts and bolts of designing, creating, and distributing a survey, as well as evaluating results. Part 2 will introduce the Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma, and LibQual. With case studies from business and academia, the use of surveying in each of these structures will be examined, and a decision flowchart for choosing a structure will be discussed. |
