  • Would you like to learn some tips on partnering with your vendor contacts to get the most impact for your library?
  • Is it time to renew a contract with an information provider?
  • Is there new content or technology your team is thinking of purchasing?
  • Are you looking to market existing resources internally?
  • Have you ever experienced customer service issues when working with vendors?
  • Do you feel anxious or unsure of what to say when approaching vendors at conferences or exhibits?

We will be discussing creative ways of approaching vendors when talking with them about problems, issues, partnerships, and investigating the addition of new resources for your organization.
