Job Description:
As member of the infoNet team, serves as the liaison and key point of contact between the team and the site owners, content managers and content contributors for an assigned number of websites. Assists in the implementation, update and maintenance of these websites on the firm's intranet and extranet. Meets with website owners to gather initial requirements for development of new sites and revisions and enhancements to existing sites. Works with BSA and manager to define deliverables and establish timeline for projects. Designs pages according to established standards. Builds/modifies navigation as necessary. Creates lists and content libraries as needed. Assists in providing training and documentation for updating and maintaining content.

Responsibilities:
Serves as the liaison and key point of contact between the infoNet team and the site owners, content managers and content contributors for an assigned number of websites.
Provides ongoing guidance to content managers and content contributors in best practices for updating and maintaining content on their sites, and participates in redesign efforts.
Maintains site summary, summary of updates and status of outstanding projects related to assigned websites.
Defines project deliverables, including high level content requirements and timeline, needed to complete tasks for assigned websites.
Coordinates review and approval from site owners and content managers for changes made to assigned websites.
Keeps client(s) and manager informed of status of project throughout lifecycle.
Uses SharePoint toolkit to build, develop and redesign assigned websites incorporating firm standards and metadata to create lists, libraries, pages and other standard features.
Works with manager and KM Operations Manager to ensure proper assigning of users rights for assigned websites.

Requirements:

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years work experience in similar role
Experience with Content Management duties and toolkit
Windows Explorer (OS)
SharePoint Skills preferred but not required ( we will provide SharePoint training)
Familiarity with Browsers

Responsibilities Continued:
Solicits feedback from site owners and content managers on regular basis and communicates results to manager.
Works with KM Operations Manager to ensure that site owners and content managers for assigned websites receive timely and effective reports on site usage statistics.
Assists in creating content management documentation for site owners, content managers and content contributors.
Assists with documentation of model tasks, standards and best practices.
Assists in creation of client, extranet, and team sites, following established guidelines and procedures, as required.
Shares responsibility with other infoNet team members for daily monitoring of infoNet mailbox and for appropriately steering requests, incident tickets and other issues according to established guidelines.
Participates in staff and other meetings as required.
