Dear Sirs,
SLA (Special Libraries Association) - Asian
Chapter is organizing second "International
Conference of Asian Special Libraries (ICoASL
2011) on
Building User Trust: The
Key to Special Libraries Renaissance in the
Digital Era€ in Tokyo, Japan from 10-12
February 2011.
The first ICoASL was successfully organized in
New Delhi, India during November 2008. This kind
of epoch event would be a unique achievement of
its kind in the sense, a common platform would
be created for the gamut of library and
information professionals from across the globe
to brainstorm various issues and subsequent
deliverables.
This conference is expected to attract more than
300 participants from all over world
particularly India, Asian Countries and the
Globe. An event of this magnitude requires
funding and support that is associated with the
library and information services to assist in
the development of new initiatives. This is an
ideal platform for brands that want to establish
or strengthen their connections with a global
business in Information service and products. We
will be glad to work with you to customize your
sponsorship package to include high visibility
aspects. We are inviting publishers, book
distributors, online information resource
providers and library software vendors and
others to join us in organizing this event
through sponsorship of the event. I am sure that
you will also be beneficial after this
conference.
We have attached a copy of the details of the
conference and sponsorship opportunities with
all the benefits. The Asian Chapter hopes that
you will make a contribution, to make this event
a memorable one.
If you have any question, please write me.
Thank you for your kind cooperation.
With warm regards,
Yours sincerely
