"Is there a difference between change and progress?" Dr. William Sauser, Associate Dean at the College of Business, Auburn University, offered five tips for those participants at the fall meeting who had forgot to bring their surfboards. Titling his talk, "Riding the Wild Surf of Change", Sauser advised listeners in tip one to"raise your antenna". Components for 'raising one's antenna', includes: becoming aware of your situation, reading broadly, setting up a network, finding out for yourself, seeking information not noise, seeing the forest and the trees, looking for trends and spotting the perfect waves. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
