Leave Subject line blank.
The body of the message should consist of the following command:
Subscribe sla-kgli your-e-mail_address "YourFirstName YourLastName" . [Include the quotes. The bold parts should be changed to reflect your information.]

Unsubscribing to the GLBTIC Listserv

Send message to lyris@sla.lyris.net in the following format:

Leave Subject line blank.

Posting a Message to the GLBTIC Listserv

Send your message to sla-kgli@lists.sla.org

Remember, when responding to messages from a listserv, please take note of the address that comes up on the To: line of your outgoing email. Generally, replying will go directly back to the originator of a message and replying "to all", will go to the entire list. Please be mindful of the audience you'd like to include.

Accessing SLA Listservs on the Web

SLA has a nifty listserv interface on their website at http://sla.lyris.net/read/login . It allows you to suscribe to a list; update your email address; change the format/frequency of the email you receive from the lists; and search, sort, or post messages without using your email.
